Return policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery to the customer (except during promotional periods/holidays). For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original tag has been removed.
From November 15, 2025, any order placed until December 31, 2025, can be returned until January 31, 2026. Orders placed after December 31 will be subject to our standard 30-day return policy. If you need more information about your return, please contact our customer service team here.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of gift cards or intimate apparel. This does not affect your statutory rights. Submit an inquiry. For more information, please contact our Customer Service team.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for returns to be processed after receipt.
